Shipping policy
All of our products are shipped using a secure, tracked delivery method. Free shipping is available on orders over a certain amount, depending on your region (see the table below). No code necessary: free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.
Import duties, taxes and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and may vary depending on the destination country's laws and regulations.
A remote area surcharge applies to certain locations in some countries. This fee is shown at checkout after you enter your shipping address and still applies if your order qualifies for free shipping.
Because we start processing right away, changes or cancellations after placing an order are not always possible. Contact us as soon as possible at hey@feelcosy.co and we will do our best. We aim to process all orders placed before 23:00 on the same day; during busy periods, please allow 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email. Delivery times are estimates.

We process orders Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed over the weekend are processed the following business day. During promotional periods, processing and shipping times may increase.
If your package arrives damaged, please email hey@feelcosy.co within 5 business days and include photos of the damage.
Returns are free within 100 days of delivery. See our refund policy for the conditions.
